Ras al-hanout spiced lamb chops

For a quick and easy dinner that can feed 1 or a crowd, try these delicious lamb chops. I guarantee they are better than any takeaway you’ll pick up!

Batata Mahshiyeh

Almost every culture has their version of meat and potatoes, and this is the Middle East’s version. This form of the dish is mostly made in the Levant, but other areas do their own form and style of batata mahshiyeh, which literally translates to stuffed potatoes.

Um Ali

I have very mixed feelings about Um Ali. When made correctly, it is amazing, both hot and cold. But there is a very fine line between soggy sugary mess and perfect Um Ali and I feel like everyone who makes it or eats it tries to find that perfect balance. Not to sound arrogant, but I think I found that perfect balance that everyone is looking for.

What’s my secret you ask? Croissants! I mean, who doesn’t love them?
